Hii Fissures are generally due to constipation and hard stool. Taking symptomatic treatment won't help you for long. Ideally you should take a proper treatment for it. We in homoeopathy have a very good solution for fissures. If you want then you can consult with me for treatment. Till then take lots of water and papaya to relieve constipation.

Consult a homoeopathic physician once. Better medicine can be given after knowing your symptoms in detail. Have sitz bath - sit in a tub containing luke warm water with a pinch of salth added for few minutes.  Repeat this if necessary.  This improves circulation to anal region and helps faster recovery from pain. Make sure that your stool is soft. Hard stools cause recurrence of the problem. Have whole fruits like mosambi,  pomogranate,  ripe papaya, guava etc for easy bowel movement. Apply sesame or coconut oil to anal opening it acts as a natural lubricate for easy passage of stool and also reduces inflammation and pain.
