Hello sir,
Past 2month having pain in my anus, have checked with doctors they said I am having anal fissure and it I'll cured only by doing laser surgery.
Sir my question is there is any other way to cure with out surgery or shall I go with surgery

I can understand your concern.
The best option is by surgery itself.
Or else just it will just keep recurring.
Get it checked out by a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
Surgery is the best option in my opinion, buy the choice is yours.
