Having anal fissure for the past 1 month. Taking sitz bath regularly and applying crema gel on the affected area.. for a week it is fine and again the pain comes back. The burning sensation is unbearable. Kindly suggest a long term solution

Hi looks like chronic fissure in Ano. You need physical examination. You can visit me personally by booking an appointment through practo, will help you out.
If the fissure doesn't heal in a month,you need to see a surgeon and may need a simple surgery to heal the same.
Ofcourse constipation should be corrected.
