Anal fissure
From last one week there is no bowel moments and today the stools have been very tight and caused a lot of pain which was unbearable. What to do?

You are suffering from Anal fissure. It appeared due to the injury caused by Hard stool. Now you should take Sitz Bath (Hot water tub bath) apply some soothing ointment or coconut oil in anal region 3/4 times daily. Take some stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Haritaki Powder 1 tea spoon full with warm water. Continue it for 10 days and update.
