Anal fissure
Can mental issues cause physical pain? My anal fissure was totally healed in August. When I feel mild pain, I visit dr. and he says you are 100%OK. A little anal spasm give me shock of anxiety & depression and pain starts to increase. what is this?

If you think you are having sphincter spasm, that could be due to a long standing fissure. It becomes tight. If it's not too troublesome, maintain a high fibre diet, plenty of oral liquids and regular timely meals. If it's a recurring problem, u might need intervention and can speak to a surgeon.
