Anal Fissure bleeding
After every time I pass stool, I see blood on stool and on toilet paper. On contraction and expansion of the anal skin , there is a wound which is not healing and upon eating spicy food it burns . Do I need physical examination or can this be treated at home ? Any particular cream which can help in treating the wound ? I am taking laxatives to soften the stool. But the wound is not healing completely it comes back in few days when I stop taking laxative.
