Anal fissure and rashes around anus

Hi doctor.i am 28 years old female. Marriage .. I am experiencing a small lump outside my anus. I feels like hemorrhoids. It doesn't pain usually but I feel cut like pain while passing stool.. I drink lots of water a day.. Taking fibres.. Sometimes it start to heal then again start increasing. It's been 3 weeks now since all this started to happen... I tried stool softener and antibiotics for 5days prescribed by general physician. Now a new symptom has come up.. Since yesterday I have got rashes outside my anus. It feels like dry skin and it is hurting to touch. Please help me and suggest some good medicine. Or what care should I take so that it heal completely.
