Anal external fissure/ small lump
I am 7months pregnant, had severe diarrhoea n constipation n was admitted in hospital for 2days n was on glucose, antibiotics iv , outside near the anal area I am having a lump like fissure, due to hard passing of stools it's too painful, I was given Ano metroggyl cream to apply, but only the pain is reduced but the fissure size is same still, I am using this cream from 4days, previously before pregnancy other gynaecologist had prescribed me Anovate cream when I had tearing n anal fissure n it was effective, now I want to no in this two cream which is better, I want to reduce or want the fissure to dry out , which one to use, I am still having pain while passing stools.

There is no substantial difference between the two. You have to know for yourself by trial and error which cream suits you better. You can't have surgery for a fissure during pregnancy.  So you have to use only a cream/ointment.

Anovate is better . Important tip- do not strain while passing stools , use laxative liberally . It can cause piles in pregnancy.
