I have painful (a little) bowel movement and my anal area has become black.
I had a skin allergy which turns the skin red on scratching and later it becomes black. But it is cured now. Is my problem is related to skin allergy? If no, what else it is?

U have to show with dr....Its not allergy ...With short history what I'm getting is its dermatitis thing...Or any issue related to diseases of rectum/Anus..
