Anal bleeding
For the past 3 years, every now and then my rectum will bleed. bright red blood. enough to go through toilet paper and change the water in the toilet to look like a blood bath. earlier, i didn't even go number 2 - all i did was pass gas and blood came out and i noticed it in the toilet. i get very lightheaded and dizzy and my stomach also gets minor pains. i've been contipated lately as well. i don't know what this is
