Anal bleeding during stool passing

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I have delivered a baby 4 months back and having calcium & iron tablets since then but from last 3 weeks I am having anus bleeding due to hard stool. However now the stool is normal not so hard but still having bleeding on every pass. Currently I am using soframycin cream upon the injured part. Kindly guide.

It sound like you have fissure in ano due to somewhat hard stools . U need to consult surgeon for medicines and laxatives initially and long term treatment would be dietary modifications by adding more fibres in ur diet
