Anal Area Pain Due toSmall Maas(Kombh)

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I had pain since last 1-2month In Right Side anal area.Is that piles or constipation what treatment should i take over it. There is no blood is coming out from Anal. I got disturb what problem Actually I have. And What is solution over it. Please Suggest what to do?
