Anaemia like condition
Hello sir/mam., Since last 6-7 months , I feel fatigue in very high, heart and head palpitations.and in periods heavy loss of blood.
I have shown many doctors they give me iron supplements and multivitamin most of the time. But still there is no improvement in my health. I have checked CBC report my haemoglobin is 10.6 GM/dl on the date 14-08-2023. And gradually day by day my healthy is getting weak weight is getting loss.. even I'm taking proper nutrition but still no improvement.. please help me
