One year back i had been operated wherein my false vocal cords were removed by laser and at that time as per test report HBSAG elisa was negative but BBF. Now, the same is positive with a reading of 1.91 and i havent gone through anything which could cause the same. Can an intravenous injection in hand before being taken to the operation theatre cause a positive hbsag? Also, i have a positive anti dsdna and pcna. What does this mean and as of now i am not having any symptoms as such? Does this require an immediate action to be taken in terms of following up with the doctors or i should get this checked up soon? Please let me know your views about the above
