My wife is been diagnosed with high amniotic fluid . And she has suggested to do lavel 2 test. Pls can any brain or health issue is behind or any other fector can do this.

You have not mentioned how much high it is. Level 2 ultrasound is compulsory for everyone. Some brain, spine and digestive tract defects can cause this. Sometimes there’s no defect and baby is absolutely normal
