Amikacin 500 injection oral substitute?
I have food poisoning and was prescribed amikacin 500 injection to cure the bacterial infection in my stomach. I've completed 4 doses out of 6 of the same but am not able to bare it anymore due to complications. Is there an oral substitute for amikacin which I can take to cure the remaining infection?

There is no substitute for Amikacin(0ral). You can switch over to other antibiotics , consult your physician.
