You are 31 years old. Your AMH level is 0.51.  Please don't waste your time. You should consult with a Gynaecologist in your area who is working on Infertility.

As you have written amh is 0.51 , it is very low. Please do not wait for natural things to take course. Start medicines. Start planning baby. Get all your investigations done. There are no natural methods for increasing amh.
