Amenorrhea and spotting

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have amenorrhea for 121days and spotting for the past 15days. My cycles are always irregular with the previous ones being 81, 64, 29 and 55 days long. I have no nausea, vomiting or abdominal pain. I am diagnosed with migraine with aura and taking prophylaxis with flunnarhizine 10 mg od for the same.

Kindly get an ultrasound done lower abdomen to see for any PCOs etc along with harmonal tests to see for the imbalance or deficiency and seek advice thereafter.
