Amblyopia treatment
I have amblyopia in right eye with+4.5 and left eye with-.75 then why from stronger eye I see floater or object shadow to move up and down and also patching for 2 hours with-.75 power floater or shadow not goes is currently prescription In January Left eye 6/6 and right eye 6/18 with +4.25 power no floating or shadow seen

You will need complete dilated retina checkup . Also if you have already tried patching earlier when your amblyopia was diagnosed during your childhood or if you have any structural abnormalities in the amblyopic eye like optic nerve changes or retinal changes patching won't be able to improve your vision in the amblyopic eye now.  If there is no structural abnormalities in the amblyopic eye then you can give a trial of Binocular Vision therapy which is better at your age. But for floaters you will definitely need a dilated retina checkup.
