Am i severly affected by pcos

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I got scanned today and am not sure if i am severly affected by pcos or is it normal am confused and i am planning for pregnancy i dont understand what should i do or where to consult as i was previously diagnosed as pcos so i got it scanned but as am married now and live in different locality i dont know any near by gynaecologists or clinic can u please helpe find one
