Am I safe from HIV after HIV pcr test-ve

I have done sex with a sex worker on 29th October 2017 had deep kiss but her mouth is so dry and smells so bad,i have kept my penis with condom in her vagina,its so tight that my penis haven't gone completely inside its just a little bit inside her vagina at that time my condom had busted,my penis had contact with her vagina for few seconds I am worried that she might have hiv,i have asked her to take HIV test but she refused I was so scared and got HIV pcr test for me at 13 day it's -ve, help
