Asked for Female, 29 Years

My trans vaginal ultrasound shows no pregnancy and pcod diagnosis for me...after 3 days of ultrasound I take home pregnancy test it shows two lines.. means positive ..so I want to know I m pregnant or not,.is this possible ??

Yes it is possible because early pregnancy detection is not possible some times.Confirm by Bhcg.It is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes positive means pregnancy is there and contact to gynaecologist.
