Am i pregnant? Or AF due

Asked for Female, 24 Years

My Lmp was jan 21 now i am on CD51. Still i have no period. I tested today (hpt) but not first morning urine it came back negative. I have back pain, tiredness, abdominal pain, leg and thighs pain too. I had irregular periods but past 1year i have the normal one. Am i pregnant? Or late AF. My Doc appointment is at mar 24... what should i do?
