Am I pregnant?

Asked for Female, 26 Years

LMP was 30th Apr'18. We were trying to concieve. Follicular scan done on CD 12. Ovulation on CD 13. I started feeling a little nauseous so on CD 26 i took a home preg test- faint positive and also a blood test for beta hCG- 41.15. Am i pregnant? Should i consult a doctor?
