Am I pregnant. Any gynaecologist?

I had unprotected sex with bf on 7th March and took 2 unwanted 72 pills within 24 hours.my last period date was 2nd March.From 14 th march to 16 th march I had little blood discharge of brown color and cramps also just like period .I did my pregnancy test through prega news on 18 th April and 19 th April morning nd it was negative.i have not got my periods yet.i took primolut n tab from 6th May to 8th May twice per day,still I didn't get my periods.i am really worried . Am I pregnant? Should I consult any gynaecologist ?please help me.one more thing I am having irregular periods since last 6 years.3 years back I consulted a gynaec ,she told the I am having polycystic ovary. I took the medication for 3 months but still my periods are irregular. Since last three years my weight has increased from 43 kg to 58 kg now.my age is 26 now . please guide me and help me.
