I had irregular periods my gyno prescribed regesterone after my periods from the 3rd day I took alivher ubhephene and letroz on the 12th day she gave hcg injection on the 14th day follicle had ruptured from then I am taking duphaston now I have a missed period by 5 days but with a negative test again she has prescribed duphaston what might be the reason
