Am I Pregnant??? My USG report is KIDNEYS: Left : 103 mm. Right 87.1 mm. Both kidneys are normal in shape, size and outline. Renal parenchyma and central echocomplex of both kidneys are normal. No SOL seen in either sides. Ureters are not dilated in either side. UTERUS: Just Bulky and anteverted. Myometrial echotexture appears homogenous. Cavity is empty. Midline endometrium appears thick (10.9 mm.) and well-apposed. Cervical canal is normal. Length: 8.54 cm. Width: 4.24 cm. A. P. Dia: 3.23 cm. OVARIES: Both the ovaries reveal multiple small well-defined clear cysts. Right ovary measures: 3.87 cm x 1.51 cm. Left ovary measures : 3.52 cm x 1.70 cm. Ovarian Volume Rt: 4.5 ml. Lt: 5.3 ml. No mass or collection demonstrated in iliac fossae. P.O.D.: Clear. URINARY BLADDER: Normal in shape and size. Walls are smooth and regular. Lumen is clear. No mass or calculi are seen. Post voiding sonogram shows about 89 ml. of residual urine. • No Free fluid is present in pelvis.

Only according to your ultrasound can't say whether u are pregnant or not if u are in very early stages of pregnancy. Have u missed your periods. Lining of the uterus appears thick . consultation required
