I have been mensurating since I was in 7th grade. Perfect 28 days cycle with 4 days periods.
Got married 3 months ago.
This month I haven't got my periods.
I checked after 6 days of delay using preganews.
It says not pregnant.
Can you explain the delay?

If u missed your regular period date and pregnancy test negative than u should take hormones pills for withdrawal bleeding.
If this problem happen off & on than do urinary ultrasound of pelvis to evaluate ovaries and uterus.
