I had sex a month ago...and after a week later got my periods...then now m having flu and vaginal itch.. is this serious?

HIV usually dont produce symptoms in such short period . It may be your partner has both flu or respiratory infection and urinary tract infection which may have cause your problem.But as for as HIV concern you can always get checked and councelled in civil hospital any time for free.
