Always feeling dizzy and out of space
M33 - All started with my health anxiety during lockdown and diagnosed nothing in the full body checkup during 2021. Now still getting daily symptoms which are not consistent and daily one symptom 1. Headache or feeling out of space - dizzy spells 2. Chest pain may be due to gas I console myself (now not) 3. Burning eyes most often and feeling like I may faint but haven't 4. Bad nose block 5. Neck tension sometimes a kind of pain when moving 6. Sudden numbness when I compress my hand knee and goes away when I change the position 7. Pins and needles in foot when I compress my foot 8. Very tired and not interested to work on anything 9. Total body weakness Im suspecting lot of issues either it may Anxiety, Fibromyalgia, AS etc. whatever its really demotivating me to lead my life.

Gd evening U r having cervical pain due to which ur feeling neck tension,numbness of hand . And sinusitis too as u mentioned nose block.nothing to worry visit nearby physiotherapist and everything will be fine.
