Always feel Tiredness and Lazyness

I am an 18 year old middle class boy from India. I always feel sleepy and lazy without any effort, unable to concentrate, my schedule is not busy. I sleeps in daytime also and takes proper foods, do not consume any unhygienic material, only the problem is that I masturbate. Please Help me. Also my physical appearance is not very good at this age.
