Always body feeling bad

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I've been suffering last 35 days.my temperature 98.2 to 99.6. Temperature not touch 100. My TC,DC,ESR ,Widal test are normal all 3times test.X-ray of chest is normal. Usg lower abdomen is normal. X-ray PNS suggest that sinus haziness seen.Urine test is normal, blood sugar and bp normal. Always feeling occurred body always shivers. What can i do sir
