Hi my kid s 2.3 years...Past 15 days she s alternating with fever that too high at night times..Please help me

If fever is not continuous or not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
