Allergy on skin on legs
My dad is diabetic. Skin on his both legs is becoming dark, corse and black spots have appeared. The problem is persistent from last 3-4 years and he always thought that they appeared because of diabetes. Now the skin is itching. My grandfather had same symptoms. Is this skin disease or anything related to diabetes?

The blood supply reduces to the area.
Isn't the blood sugar levels of your dad in control?
Get it checked out by a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management or it could worsen.
