Allergy and Strain in eyes

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I'm getting a lot of mucus in my eyes lately throughout the day along with a lot of strain in my eyes. Sitting in very bright rooms becomes quite uncomfortable.Have consulted 2 docs - Went to first in the evening, after work and was told that along with allergy, my eyes muscle are very weak (range 0-5) and other in morning who said muscles r fine.
