I am 26 years male suffering from issue of allergic rhinitis. Earlier when I used to take milk daily, there used to be lot of sneezing and nasal drip. I used to have little breathing problem as well.After stopping milk things have got a little better.
What does that mean?. Should I consult Allergist?
