Allergic rhinitis. Rhinitis problem?

Dear Sir/Ma'am I have been suffering from allergic rhinitis since last 3 -4 years. I have consult a ENT specialist in my city and taking montelucast tablets from last 1 year continually.if I tried to leave taking tablets I got started itching and nose blocked.I don't want to taking pills continually becoz I feel my weight increased approx 7 to 8 kg after I started to taking those tablets.i has been very sleepy and lazy at every morning. My wife says I have started snoring very badly before few days.does this problem related with my allergic rhinitis problem? I need a permanent solution of my allergic rhinitis,someone suggest me to consult a allergists but I didn't found in my city Lucknow.please help me.
