I have never had any allergies in my childhood as well as till my 28age
In recent month or so, started getting wild rashes and specifically after eating peanuts or groundnut oil based foods
Is this something to worry about
I am taking allegra 180 for past 5 days after dinner as suggested by dermatologist over phone consultation
But why i am getting food allergy out of nowhere

You might be allergic to certain kind of foods. More looks like peanut allergy. That's why specifically when you are having such foods you are getting allergic reaction.
Your rash on your back looks like urticarial lesions, which is specific of allergic reaction.
Allegra is good medicine. Take it for 1 week. Apply calamine lotion as well.
But most importantly avoid further use of ground nuts or ground nut oil or peanut butter ...etc.... Foods consisting ground nuts. It will prevent further allergic reactions.
