All time cough in throat

Asked for Male, 30 Years

I am Having acidity heartburn and cough in throat all time for long time. I m habitual of this. But cough is so sticky to throat sometime creates problem like coughing specially brush 🪥 time when tongue clean by tongue cleaner. A heavy cough raised and my eyes filled with tears. Rest all day I feel keep moving to muth and throat . I need solution . I have heartburn acidity common issue. So I drink water whenever I feel same. Same happens with my wife of cough all time in throat. And looks like strep throat. She kept clearing throat and me too. What to take and how long
