Alkaline phosphate is 299U/L.serious??

Hi.... I m pregnant n having itching problem on full body since 3rd month. Now I m in 33 week Did my liver function test in that alkaline phosphate is 299 U/L.taking medicine udi liv150 and InudMD. Still sometimes itching happen. Is this to worry or what pls help me???????
