Asked for Female, 18 Years

I’m an 18 year old female. I weigh around 130 pounds and am 65 inches tall. I have a healthy background and have no known allergies. I have been taking medication for my OCD and anxiety disorder for about nine years now. I started on fluoxetine then switched to 150 mg of sertraline daily. Would it be safe for me to have one drink of alcohol? The equilivant of one shot mixed with a non alcoholic beverage? What will the side effects be?
