  4. Age 50. Periods issue. Is losing energy.

Age 50. Periods issue.
Age 50. Thyroid positive. Issue of intermitted periods. Sometimes it bleeds less and finishes and sometimes it bleeds for over 2 weeks with clots. Kindly advise immediate medications for arresting the bleeding as she is losing energy.
