For how long will u have the itching? If it is for a day or 2 nothing to worry. Generally after shaving hair starts growing back in a couple of days which causes itching. If there is any rash, pain or burning u need to do something. Otherwise just apply some moisturiser or simple coconut oil to soothe the skin

Was there any nick/ bleeding, if not then no need to worry, just take oral antihistamine like Tab Montek Lc for five days. Clean the area regularly maintaining hygiene. Wear cotton clothes which don't irritate soft skin of the perineal area.
