After sex there is heavy bleeding

Last month my period was missed and had a 6 week pregnancy but there was heavy bleeding for 20 days Dr refer me to use duphastone 300 mg and c hop 30 bleeding was stopped but misscarriage happened now after 10 days when I had sex with my husband the heavy bleeding is started again and pain in my back is too high why this happening.
