After sex stomach pains and now bleeding

I am 22 year old girl....i had sex with my bf after 4 th day of my period...unwanted 72 tablet is taken but stomach is paining and little bleeding is their...is it sign of prergnancy or not....or is it any disease ??? or is it normal...plz doctor answer the question..plz help me...
