After quitting Smoking  bad effect??
I have smoked around 200 cigarettes in my life. I don't even know  I inhaled properly or not.But now I have quit smoking. So,Is there anything for me to worry about my health? What are the changes that smoking has done to my body and which cannot be recoverable after quitting yet? Is it the tar in the lungs or something?

hiii if you have quit smoking you will feel that your health is improving day by day ..yes it will take time to clear up from your lungs but you will be able to breath easily and live a healthy lifestyle ..its always better to quit and go cold turkey rather than having it occasionally or when socialising .
