YES YOU CAN PUT IT UNDER THE CLOTHES DURING WORKING HOURS, U HAVE TO FIND OUT ABDOMINAL BELT. AT REST U PUT OFF BELT.
DIET TO MAINTAIN AS U R NURSING MOTHER.OTHERWISE BLEND DIET, BUT IT ALSO CAN BE MAINTAIN, SALAD BY VEGETABLE N FRUITS IN TWO TIMES BEFORE LUNCH N IN BEFORE TEA TIMEAS IT NOT SUITS TO YR BABY IF U TAKE IT BEFORE DINNER.
