After normal delivery what should ieat
I had normal delivery on15 days ago till now there is no proper breast milk production and pain in epi stitches , constipation, what should I do what diet should I take so that I can have fast recovery feeling weak

Hi good evening Thnxs for your question If u have pain in episiotomy and constipation than u should consult ur Gynecologist because complete examination is necessary to diagnose problem For good Breast milk u should take healthy diet and milk. Give Breast feeding repeatedly so baby will sucking ur nipple and that will help to produce more milk. It's call sucking reflex. You can eat whatever you want.But take more liquids so motion will be free.For pain use pain killer and hot water fomentation with antiseptic solution .Use antiseptic ointment also for fast recovery.You can use laxative for constipation.
