  4. After Missed misscarriage scan. Baby?

After Missed misscarriage scan
I am 12 week pregnant and on 11 week 1 day fetal lost heart beat and less growth was seen. I had no pain or bleeding or any symptoms during tat period. I was on folic acid tablet for Month. I have done d & e after that. Suggest precautions , test, supplements  before next pregnancy. When I can try again for baby?

You can try for pregnancy after 3 months. Start folic acid  supplements when planning for pregnancy.
