Hello ma'am !
Your pain can have a couple of reasons:-
1. If you got a tooth coloured filling like composite, this type of restorative material can undergo shrinkage for 7-10 days . It shall get normal in due course of time .
2. Secondly , as pointed out by you , the restoration /filling might have a high point . That shall continue to create a problem until you undergo mild grinding of the filling to adjust the bite.
Next Steps
If the pain has resolved completely , then continue with regular oral hygiene measures.
Incase pain is recurring head to the dentist for occlusal adjustment .
The filling what you must have done may be deep and near the pulp. That is the nerve in the tooth. If the pain recurs visit your dentist The filling may also have fractured that may be causing the pain. Consult your dentist
